Orders for software downloads result in the ability to download a CD image of the product being ordered.  Once your order has been placed and authorize via PayPal, you will receive a separate email message with download details.

Software upgrade orders:

Orders for software upgrades require that a qualifying product have been previously purchased from Mountain Systems.  For example if you are upgrading to CallAudit Voice 6.0, then a prior purchase of CallAudit Voice 5.0 or earlier is required.
